Patent application

Make your innovation profitable by dealing strategically with your intellectual property. Confidentiality

Confidentiality is often applied to information of a technical nature. But other types of information referred to as ‘know-how’ are also covered by trade secrets. Think for example of administrative or commercial information. This can be extremely broad; from recipes to building plans, and from supplier lists to business strategies.

Trademark & design registration

Registering your trademark or design means that it cannot be simply used or copied by third parties. Careful registration is important and can sometimes be fairly complex. Legal services

In addition to patent and trademark services, V.O. also provides legal services. The attorneys-at-law of V.O. advise and assist in drafting and negotiating intellectual property (IP) agreements such as license agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and agreements regarding the sale of IP rights. In addition, our attorneys-at-law of course assist in and take on IP litigation cases.

Patent search

Each patent application is published by the patent-granting authority approximately 18 months after being filed. A patent is also published as soon as it has been granted. All these publications are included in patent databases and include a wealth of information about the applicants and their innovations. You can leverage this information intelligently for your innovation, product development or business strategy.
