    • Mohammad Bidakhvidi behaalde zijn bachelor en master diploma in industriële wetenschappen elektromechanica aan de Universiteit van Antwerpen, in 2007. Hij ontving zijn master diploma in werktuigkunde-elektrotechniek in 2009 aan de Vrije Universiteit Brussel en startte zijn academische carrière aan het departement Werktuigkunde, waar hij werkte als IWT doctoraal onderzoeker in de Akoestiek en Trillingen Onderzoeksgroep (AVRG). Zijn wetenschappelijk onderzoek had een sterk multidisciplinair karakter en betrof zowel de computationele als de experimentele analyse van de vloeistof-structuur interactie van piëzo-elektrische resonerende vleugelstructuren. Mohammad promoveerde in 2014 in de werktuigbouwkunde.
