Bettina heeft ruime ervaring in het adviseren van kleine en middelgrote biotech bedrijven, in het bijzonder op het gebied van kankertherapieën, en in het opstellen van octrooieerbaarheids-, geldigheids- and FTO-analyses voor investeerders. Zij vertegenwoordigt cliënten in oppositieprocedures voor het Duitse octrooi- en merkenbureau en het Europees Octrooibureau en in nietigheidsprocedures voor de federale octrooirechtbank en in inbreukprocedures voor de Duitse regionale rechtbanken.

Bettina is hoofd van de vestiging van V.O. in München. Zij is redactielid van de nieuwsbrief van V.O. en voormalig bestuurslid van Women in IP e.v.
