Er war an einer Reihe von (internationalen) Verletzungsfällen beteiligt (u. a. MPEG, MP3, Samsung-Apple, Google-Sonos, SLDE-Nespresso, Heineken-AB InBev) sowie an etwa 60 Einsprüchen/Beschwerden vor dem EPA.
