V.O. Patents & Trademarks will take part in Leuven MindGate’s Deep Dive session, AI & IP – Building an IP Strategy for AI Innovation, on 4 June 2026 in Leuven.
Mohammad Ahmadi Bidakhvidi will represent V.O. in a discussion on how companies can protect the value created by AI-driven innovation. His contribution will focus on the patentability of AI-related inventions in Europe, strategic IP management, and the importance of addressing protection early in the development process.
The programme will also feature Luzmo, offering a practical perspective on operational IP issues in software development, including AI-assisted coding, source-code ownership, open-source use and licensing governance.
The event is aimed at companies building, funding or scaling AI-driven technologies, offering both legal and operational perspectives on how to preserve valuable IP in fast-moving development environments.
