Asia’s Premier Partnering Event for the Global Biotechnology Industry
BioJapan has played an important role in facilitating interaction between Japanese and global companies/organizations and stimulating new business opportunities for almost two decades.
Top business development, licensing, and alliance management professionals, R&D personnel, and biotech company executives from around the world will gather in Yokohama in October 2018 for the 20th iteration of BioJapan.
Over 900 organizations from around 30 countries are expected to participate in the event, to hold an anticipated 9,000 business meetings over the course of the three days.
Flemish Biotech and Life Sciences Week
At the occasion of BioJapan 2018, the leading partnering event for the biotech and life sciences industry in Asia, flanders.bio and FIT Tokyo are joining forces for the organisation of a Flemish Biotech and Life Sciences Week in Japan from October 9th-12th, 2018.
Since a few years all Japanese pharma companies are intensively looking for licensing opportunities to fill their drying pipelines. Participation to the Flemish Biotech and Life Sciences Week is a unique opportunity for companies to explore this market. Over the past 15 years, many Flemish companies and organisations have joined flanders.bio to Japan, and have started doing business with Japanese partners.
For this edition, flanders.bio is also organizing a Regenerative Medicine seminar at the Belgian embassy in Tokyo.
