Know the latest ins-and-outs concerning examination, opposition and appeal proceedings before the EPO. Be updated on the unitary patent and the unified patent court. Anyone wishing to increase his or her working knowledge of procedures for European patents, German utility models or designs as for instance strategic complements or alternatives to patents, should register now for the fourth edition of V.O.’s IP seminar in Munich!
The seminar warrants learning in a relaxed atmosphere and offers ample opportunity to meet interesting IP colleagues to expand your network!
Excellent two-day seminar program
The seminar is particularly designed for in-house IP departments and patent practitioners who want to improve their practical understanding of the European patent system. The essential aspects of this system will be addressed in a series of in-depth presentations by key experts. Further, in anticipation of the unitary patent (UP) and the unified patent court (UPC), we are on the eve of Europe’s biggest change in patent law in decades. How should we adapt our present patent strategies to these changes? And what impact will Brexit have on all this? The European Patent Seminar will provide workable answers to these and other questions. Last but not least, the seminar will also fill you in on the latest developments before the EPO and the GPTO.
Including outings
