On Tuesday 17 April, TW in collaboration with C2W, EVMI magazine and Maritiem Nederland will organize the 3i-Event. During this inspiring afternoon on the Hightech Campus Eindhoven, R&D professionals, startups and entrepreneurs from SME will be advised on how to set up a successful IP strategy for their enterprises.
Program
The 3i-Event starts off with a presentation by an inspiring keynote speaker of a large technological company about ideas, intellectual property and the eventual innovations. This will be followed, in three parallel sessions, by three practical workshops dealing with concrete cases.
In addition, a number of inventors will pitch a patented invention to a business panel, addressing the potential success of the inventions, the economic feasibility and the use of applying for a patent for these inventions.
Inspiring client case
On behalf of V.O., partner Johannes van Melle, together with Steinar Henskes of Bird Control Group, will explain the role of patents in the development of a successful startup to become a world leader in the field of fully automatic laser bird control systems.
