For innovative entrepreneurs who wish to improve their intellectual property (IP) know-how, V.O. organizes a basic course on IP on Thursday 25 January and an advanced course on Thursday 8 February 2018. These courses will be given, in English, by our attorneys and feature many practical examples and skill trainings.
Basic course – 25 January
The basic course addresses practical aspects of IP and is intended for those who are still relatively unfamiliar with IP. The course teaches the basic terminology, how to read a patent and what possibilities are offered by IP. The day will be rounded off with a game in which the newly acquired IP skills can be practiced.
Advanced course – 8 February
The advanced course is intended for IP managers and IP responsibles having some practical experience. The course is a continuation of the basic course, but can also be attended by those who have not participated in the basic course. In the advanced course, the focus is on the strategic importance of IP. In addition, topics like financing, fiscal arrangements, forms of cooperation, and the rights and duties in respect of licenses will be dealt with.
