Seminar "Innovation box": the fiscal significance of patents

Engels Conference & Meeting Center, Stationsplein 45, 3013 AK Rotterdam, Netherlands

The “innovationbox” (innovatiebox) is an important fiscal instrument for stimulating innovative business activities. It leads to a lower corporate tax on innovation profits. Since the rules for using the innovation box have changed considerably since 1 January 2017, a prominent role is reserved for patents.

This seminar, organized in collaboration with Meijburg & Co Tax Advisers and TaylorWessing Attorneys-at-Law and Notaries Public, provides clarity about this very topical subject. During the seminar, you will gain insight into the innovation box, patents and patent strategies, and we will answer your questions on the basis of an interactive panel discussion.

For whom intended?

CFO’s, controllers, managers and responsibles for innovations and R&D of (medium) large innovative companies.
