Ferdinand Leeger commenced his career in process engineering in 2014 after graduating cum laude as a MSc in chemical engineering at Eindhoven University of Technology. Here he developed a strong base in mathematics, thermodynamics and reactor engineering technologies following a graduation project in the field of separation technology.
Pursuing with great interests the applications of novel technologies in the latter field, he co-designed a future engineering solution to energy intensive analine separation using microprocess technology, which he presented at the 9th European Congress for Chemical Engineers. During a study period in Portugal, he focused on mining engineering,
Until the end of 2014, Ferdinand had been involved in an upscaling project for D∙E Masterblenders 1753 with a focus on multivariate statistics and predictive modeling of production line installations. This provided him with expertise in the fields on mathematical programming, database programming and advanced statistics.
