Patent attorney Peter de Lange (V.O.) has contributed to the latest edition of the book “Visser’s Annotated European Patent Convention”. It is one of the best-known text books on European Patent Law for (prospective) patent attorneys.
The publisher Wolters Kluwer approached De Lange to work together with fellow patent attorneys Kaisa Suominen (Finland) and Laurence Lai (United Kingdom) as the new editors. They will take over from the person behind the initiative, Derk Visser, who is standing down after more than 25 editions.
