V.O. organises European Patent Seminar in Munich

Our firm is once again organising another European Patent Seminar in Munich between 23 and 25 September. The seminar focusses in particular on IP agents from outside of Europe who want to update their practical knowledge of the European patent system and companies that focus on Europe and conduct an active IP policy with their patents and trademarks. The seminar will address topics such as the unitary patent and the Unified Patent Court, EU and German trademarks and designs, the effect of Brexit on IP procedures, opposition and appeal procedures at the European and German patent office, supplementary protection certificates and the Nagoya Protocol.

A variety of specialists from V.O. and the EPO will give presentations. An excursion to Salzburg is scheduled on the final day of the seminar. For more information and for registration, click here.

For the current status of the unitary patent and the UPC, please refer to our Dossier.
