Tot zijn praktijk behoort ook het behandelen van aanvullende beschermingscertificaten (ABC’s) en herstelverzoeken. Hij heeft aanzienlijke ervaring in het voeren van mondelinge (oppositie)zaken en rechtszaken voor de Nederlandse octrooirechtbank. Otto’s portefeuille omvat het volledige spectrum aan innovatieve cliënten, van start-up ondernemingen tot multinationals, van universiteiten tot onderzoeksinstellingen.

Otto is lid van de China Desk en lid van de bestuursraad van V.O. Hij is Hoofd van de sectie Chemistry & Life Sciences.
