The Munich office is located close to the European Patent Office, to the German Patent and Trademark Office, and the German Federal Patent Court. With many differing technical backgrounds (biology, chemistry, pharmacy, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering) we represent national and international clients – SMEs, large entities, universities – before these institutions and support attorneys-at-law in infringement proceedings before the German District Courts, for instance, Munich, Düsseldorf, Mannheim.
