In the last newsletter, we drew your attention to a seminar about IP cases involving China, which is scheduled for the spring of this year. We can now inform you that the seminar will take place from 3 to 6 p.m., on Wednesday 23 April in Eindhoven and on Thursday 24 April in Leuven. The title of the seminar is Trademarks & Patents, Eight Golden Rules for your Business with China.
The seminar will provide answers to the most important questions that arise when doing business with China and that concern your intellectual property. We will show you step-by-step how to protect your interests when doing business with Chinese partners. We will also show you which measures you can put in place to prevent the import of infringing articles from China. All of this will be illustrated on the basis of a number of practical examples of legal cases and client cases. Speakers at the seminar will include specialists from the law firm HFG Law Firm & IP Practice, which is based in China, the Customs Knowledge consultancy from the Netherlands and the experts from the V.O. China Desk.
