In September 2023, V.O. was, for the third consecutive year, recommended by JUVE Patent in the categories 'Patent Filing' and, with five stars, 'Litigation: Patent Attorneys'. Three MIP Awards 2024 for V.O.
V.O. is proud to have been presented three awards in 2024 by Managing IP. First, we received the 'Netherlands Patent Prosecution Firm of the Year 2024 Award'. In addition, we received the award for 'European Cross-border Patent Litigation Team of the Year’. Last but not least, Martin Klok was honored with the 'Netherlands Practitioner of the Year' award.

Top Tier firm in MIP 2023 Survey
In 2023, the renowned IP journal IP Stars, by Managing IP, recognized our Dutch patent practice as a Tier 1 Patent Prosecution Firm and our Belgian patent practice as a Tier 3 Patent Prosecution Firm. Furthermore, we received a Tier 3 listing for Trademark Prosecution - patent & trademark attorney firms (2023).
MIP has published this Survey since 1989 and considers the tiers to reflect the perception of the leading firms in each market, with the top tier listing those firms regarded as having the strongest practices in each category.
