Annelies offers legal advice to our clients and provides litigation support. Her practice concentrates on IP law, contract law (IP contracts) and patent restitution proceedings. Due to her generalistic approach, she also has a keen eye for overlaps with other fields of law, such as tort, insolvency law, labor law and debt collection. As all V.O.’s lawyers, she is well aware that legal advice needs to be both accurate and practical.

In addition, Annelies is head of the Assignments and Clientrecords Department of V.O. and principal supervisor to trainee lawyers. She is also member of the editorial board of V.O.’s newsletter and the V.O. China Desk.
